Our Roots
Dr. Anthony Sainz, also known as Saianci in China, is an Indigenous American healer devoted to guiding individuals on their journey of healing and self-discovery. With advanced training in energy healing, breathwork, and trauma release, Anthony has worked with global luminaries, including a Rinpoche of His Holiness the Dalai Lama and director Ang Lee.
A graduate of the Barbara Brennan School of Healing and Biodynamics Institute International, Anthony specializes in helping people release patterns formed by developmental trauma. His bestselling book, Give Me Back My True Colors, inspired workshops and training programs in the U.S., China, and Taiwan.
Formerly a professor at Hunter College, where he developed a course on spirituality and healing, Anthony now dedicates himself fully to healing work in New York City, offering transformative sessions and workshops to help others reconnect with their true selves.
